The Meister Driver collection from Junghans is a must-have for all classic car aficionados. Designed to evoke the early years of motoring, the collection takes its design cues from vintage cars.
The collection consists of two models: the Meister Driver Hand Wind and the Meister Driver Chronoscope.
Meister Driver Hand Wind
The Jungans Meister Driver Hand Wind Watch is available with either an anthracite grey or cream dial. Firstly, the layout of the dial resembles the speedometer on a vintage car. Similarly, large hour markers are based on the typography of dashboard dials. Secondly, two tone detailing references the car’s paintwork. Additionally, each model is fitted with a leather strap which is perforated on the underside. This detail is taken from vintage steering wheels and driving gloves and is designed to increase air-flow to the wrist.
Meister Driver Chronoscope
The Junghans Meister Driver Chronoscope has the same car-inspired looks as the Hand Wind Watch. Equipped with a self-winding movement, the watch has sub dials displaying seconds and a 30 minute counter. Also, it has an impressive 42 hour power reserve.
