WR or water resistance can be described in a number of ways. It is measured in atmospheres (or ATM) and can be expressed as either ATM, Bars, Metres or Feet. 10 ATM for instance is the equivalent to 10 Bar, 100M or 328ft. All the women’s watches in this section have at least this level of water resistance.
Having a higher level of water resistance means that the watch will have a screw down crown and seal to keep any water from seeping in and damaging the watch movement.
