Bulova Curv Chronograph Leather Strap Watch

The Bulova Curv Chronograph Leather Strap Watch features the world’s first curved chronograph movement. Although curved watches are not new, it is often simply the case that is curved which limits the degree of curve. With the Bulova patented curved Precisionist movement, the Curv Chronograph moulds to the wrist and is incredibly comfortable. Featuring high-performance quartz technology, the movement has 262 kHz vibrational frequency for precise accuracy. At this high frequency, the watch’s second hand does not jump from second to second. Instead it moves in a continuous sweep in the manner of a mechanical watch hand.

Curv: Case, Dial, Strap

Firstly, the 44mm case is in black stainless steel. Secondly, the blue exhibition dial has black and grey accents and allows a great view of the movement. Indeed, the see-through dial is reminiscent of the iconic 1960’s Bulova Accutron Spaceview Watch. Additionally, the exhibition caseback also allows a view of the rear. This is something of a rarity for a quartz watch.

Finally, the strap is in dark blue grained leather and a folding clasp secures it to the wrist.
