The Citizen Promaster Diver Ecozilla Green Dial Watch is a favourite of Citizen fans. Named ‘Ecozilla’ for its oversized case, it’s one serious piece of dive kit! Reimagined for today, it’s a bold, high-performance ISO-compliant dive watch.
Case, Green Dial, Crown
Firstly, made from black ion-plated stainless steel, the Promaster Diver Ecozilla Green Dial Watch has an extra large 48mm case with a unidirectional elapsed time bezel. Notches in the bezel ensure it’s easy to grip. Similarly, the oversized crown is also designed for ease of use. Located at 9 o’clock, it screws in and has a cross-hatched pattern to prevent slipping.
Secondly, the green dial has a white minute track around the outer edge (view blue dial version here). Additionally, the hands and indices are luminous for improved visibility. Also, the red arrow-shaped centre seconds hand is easy to see at a glance. Similarly, the minute hand is also outlined in red for maxiumum visibility. Furthermore, a date indicator at 3 o’clock is a useful feature.
Strap, Water Resistance, Movement
A green polyurethane strap with pin buckle secures the Citizen Promaster Diver Ecozilla Green Dial Watch to the wrist. Moreover, an accordion section on either side of the case allows the strap to fit over a dive suit. Also, it allows for expansion of the diver’s wrist when diving. Additionally, water resistant to 30 bars (300m), the Citizen Promaster Diver Ecozilla has a screwed caseback with diving helmet engraving.
Finally, an Eco-Drive movement equips the watch. Powered by light, it never needs a battery.

Arrived sooner than expected which was great but would have appreciated an email that it had been shipped. RM just sent an em that a “parcel” was being delivered but could not tell us from whom. Scam packages requiring duties and other charges are a current problem in our rural area.
