Simply wear the Horological Smartwatch during the day to track your daily steps. In Activity Mode, one push of the crown’s button will show your progress towards your activity goal. Wear it at night to monitor your sleep. Similarly, when in Sleep Mode the watch works in exactly the same way. A push of the button shows your progress towards your sleep goal.
