Aikon: Case, Grey Dial

With its iconic design language, Aikon is instantly recognisable. Firstly, in polished and brushed stainless steel, the case is 42mm in diameter. Secondly, six polished elements around the brushed bezel are a distinctive Aikon design feature. Additionally, the grey Clous de Paris dial offers texture and contrast with the hour indexes (view black dial version here). Simple and pared back, they are rhodium plated. Also, a date window at 3 o’clock is a useful feature. Moreover, a solid link bracelet with folding clasp secures the watch to the wrist. Finally, with a flat sapphire crystal, the Aikon Automatic resides neatly under a stylish shirt cuff.

Aikon: FKM Rubber Strap, Movement, Water Resistance

The grey rubber strap included with the watch is made from FKM. This particular grade of rubber delivers superior flexibility compared with regular rubber and increased wearer comfort. Additionally, FKM rubber offers greater wear-resistance. Also, the colour is less susceptible to fading. Furthermore, the strap features a central row incorporating a Clous de Paris pattern, replicating the the dial motif. Two recessed channels adjacent to this central row line up with the strap fixings projecting from the case.
