Mondaine Classic 36mm Forest Green Textile Strap Watch

The Mondaine Classic 36mm Forest Green Watch with a matte gold-tone case achieves perfect balance. Developed in 1944 by the Swiss Federal Railways (the SBB) for their station clocks, it was first launched as a wristwatch by Mondaine in 1986. The design has truly stood the test of time and has remained unchanged ever since. The look is minimalist with clear Bauhaus influence. Firstly, characterised by it’s matte 36mm gold tone ion-plated stainless steel case, this Classic Watch has a timeless look and feel. Taking inspiration from nature, the Forest Green dial is clear and legible at all times thanks to the bold hour markers and minute track. Furthermore, the sweeping red second hand complements the red Mondaine monogram set into the crown.

Sustainable Vegan Textile Strap

The strap of the Mondaine Classic 36mm Forest Green Watch is deliberately pared back in green textile. Made from recycled PET bottles, it’s a sustainable choice. Additionally, the cork lining adds comfort on the wrist. Moreover, thanks to easy-change spring bars, it’s possible to easily swap-out the strap without the need for tools.
