Mondaine Classic Brushed Case 40mm Vegan Strap Watch

A perfectly balanced design, the Mondaine Classic 40mm Watch with Brushed Case is for both men and women. Developed in 1944 by the Swiss Federal Railways (the SBB) for their station clocks, it was first launched as a wristwatch by Mondaine in 1986. The design has truly stood the test of time and has remained unchanged ever since. The look is minimalist with clear Bauhaus influence. Functionality and legibility are the hallmarks of this timepiece collection.

40mm Case

Characterised by it’s brushed 40mm steel case this Classic Watch has a timeless look and feel. Also, the iconic white dial is clear and legible at all times thanks to the bold hour markers and minute track.

Vegan Strap

The strap of the Mondaine Classic 40mm Watch is deliberately pared back in plain black vegan grape leather. Made from 75% eco-composite vegetable and 25% recycled PET material, it’s a sustainable choice. The red lining is a hidden design feature which complements the sweeping red second hand and red Mondaine monogram set into the crown.
