The Oris Aquis Date Black Dial Watch is as at home in the urban jungle as it is beneath the waves. The result of extensive research and collaborative thinking, the Aquis is a high functioning dive watch that doesn’t compromise on style.

Case, Black Dial

Firstly, the stainless steel case is 39.50mm in diameter with a polished black ceramic bezel. Uni-directional, it has a white minute scale for measuring elapsed time. Secondly, the dial is also black with bold, white hour markers. Along with the hands, these are coated in superluminova for legibility in poor light. Additionally, a white minute track ensures the dial is easy to read. Furthermore a date indicator at 6 o’clock is a useful feature. Finally, a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial.

Movement, Water Resistance, Caseback, Bracelet

Equipped with a precision Oris 733 automatic movement, the watch has a 38 hour power reserve. Water resistant to 30 bars (300m), the Aquis has an easy grip screw-down crown. Similarly, the see-through caseback also screws-in and allows a great view of the movement with its iconic red rotor. Finally, the stainless steel bracelet has a secure folding clasp with extension to make it more comfortable when diving.
