Very swift, efficient service and delivery.
Fantastic service, great communication can’t recommend enough.
I have now lost count of how many bespoke straps that I have purchased from Suzie…this is completely down to fantastic customer service and a quality of product that can’t be found elsewhere.
The straps are colour matched perfectly to my individual watches and are superbly executed in every detail.
Thanks again Suzie
Regards
Alf
Did a great job at setting clear and realistic expectations for delivery and was under the timeframe given so very happy with the service
Arrived sooner than expected which was great but would have appreciated an email that it had been shipped. RM just sent an em that a “parcel” was being delivered but could not tell us from whom. Scam packages requiring duties and other charges are a current problem in our rural area.
