The Seiko Presage Sakura Daytime Watch is an elegant timepiece. It is inspired by the delicate daytime view of “Sakura” – cherry blossom – the infamous symbol of Spring in Japan. With an ivory dial and pared back styling, the simplicity of this women’s watch reflects the tranquillity and peaceful nature of a Japanese Zen Garden. Combining Japanese aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship, the collection offers beauty, quality and long-lasting performance.
Case, Ivory Dial, Bracelet
Firstly, the 34.3mm stainless steel case has clean lines. Secondly, the dial is in ivory with a rich texture that echoes a Karesansui or Zen garden. The texture evokes gravel raked into serene patterns like waves or rippling water. Additionally, applied rose gold tone roman numerals remind us that less is more and add to the minimalist feel. Similarly, they reflect the pink colour of cherry blossom. Also, the rose gold tone hands are elegant in shape and complement the dial. Moreover, a date indicator at 3 o’clock is also a useful feature. Finally, a solid link stainless steel bracelet completes the graceful look and has a folding clasp with push button release for security.

Equipped with an automatic calibre 4R35 movement, the Seiko Presage Sakura Daytime Watch has a power reserve of up to 41 hours. Additionally, it has a dual-curved sapphire crystal. Furthermore, a see-through caseback enables a view of the movement in action.
