Firstly, the 38.3mm stainless steel case has clean lines. Secondly, the dial is in a deep blue with a rich texture that echoes a Karesansui or Zen garden. The texture evokes gravel raked into serene patterns like waves or rippling water. Additionally, an open aperture allows a glimpse of the movement in action. Furthermore, simple hour indexes and roman numerals add to the minimalist look. Similarly, the hour and minute hands are simple in white with a silver tone centre seconds hand.
