This ‘Racing Sports’ Speedtimer is inspired by the lightweight sports cars of the past.
Solar Movement, Features, Dial
Firstly, powered by a quartz solar movement calibre V192, the Seiko Prospex Speedtimer ‘Racing Sports’ boasts impressive accuracy at +/- 15 seconds per month. Also, with a fully charged battery, it operates seamlessly for up to 6 months. Furthermore, encased in stainless steel, the watch has a dark green tachymeter bezel. Moreover, it includes a 24-hour hand, a chronograph capable of measuring up to 60 minutes in 1/5-second increments, and a handy date display.
Additional features that elevate this watch include a small seconds hand, overcharge prevention function and a power reserve indicator. Also, the cream dial, adorned with Lumibrite on indexes and hands, ensures enhanced legibility even in low-light conditions (view grey dial version here).
Strap, Water Resistance
Protected by a curved sapphire crystal, the Speedtimer comes with a 21mm black punched leather strap featuring a three-fold clasp with a push-button release. Futhermore, the watch is water-resistant up to 100 metres.
