TW Steel Canteen Classic

The TW Steel Canteen Classic Chronograph is the original TW Steel. This iconic design with bold proportions and the signature hook/crown cap is instantly recognisable.

Firstly, the case is a mighty 50mm in diameter. In brushed high-grade stainless steel, it has a tachymeter scale in black and red. This is used for measuring speed over a fixed distance. Additionally, the heavy-duty screw-down crown is covered by a crown cap and is attached to the case with a hook. It is also embossed with the TW emblem with a ridged pattern makes it easy to grip. Similarly, the rectangular pushers have a flat surface area with curved edges to make them comfortable to use.

Secondly, the easy to read black dial has a combination of bold, arabic numbers and hour indexes in white. A white minute track also ensures the dial is legible. Additionally, the hour and minute hands are simple in straight white. The centre seconds hand is red with an arrow tip. Similarly, the chronograph hands are also red. Moreover, the addition of a date indicator at 4 o’clock is also a useful feature.

Finally, the strap is in black leather with red stitched sides to complement the red detailing on the case and dial. The trademark dots from the TW Steel logo are located at either side of the case. A durable stainless steel buckle secures it to the wrist.
