The TW Steel Volante Chronograph is for those that love cars and motorsports. With a bold, fearless design, the Volante takes the classic TW Steel attitude and puts it on the open road.
Black Case and Dial
Firstly, the case is imposing at 48mm in diameter. In black PVD coated sandblasted stainless steel, it has a stealthy, dynamic look. This is complemented by the surrounds of the chronograph sub dials and the hands which are also in black. Cut-out sections in the hands ensure that the chronograph dials are not obscured. The heavy-duty screw-down crown is in also in black PVD steel and is embossed with the TW emblem. A ridged pattern makes it easy to grip. Similarly, the pushers are also black and have a smooth finish.
Secondly, the black dial has large, white arabic figures which makes it easy to read. Additionally, a white printed tachymeter scale on the outside edge of the dial is useful for measuring speed. Moreover, the addition of a date indicator at 4 o’clock is also a useful feature.
Finally, the black textile strap is practical and soft to the touch. It feels supremely comfortable to wear. Also it has the has the trademark dots from the TW Steel logo where it meets the case. A durable black PVD coated stainless steel buckle secures it to the wrist.
