This Underwood Tan Leather Watch Winder is hand-made in Italy. Renowned for quality and traditional design, Underwood create reliable, high-performance watch winders using Swiss Maxon engines. Indeed, Maxon were chosen by NASA to provide the engines for the two first Rovers on Mars. Consequently, their engines are precision made and technically advanced. Also, every engine has it’s own unique serial number.

Firstly, this model is for a single watch with a diameter of up to 57mm. Secondly, it contains the original patented “Rotobox” watch winder. The benefits of “Rotobox” are it’s quiet noise output and additionally it’s low energy consumption. Thirdly, the winder is encased and protected within a hand-made padded calf-skin leather case. The winding unit can be removed from the leather case. However, with a hublot “porthole” window, it is possible to see the watch being wound whilst the cover protects it. The leather case has a silk jacquard lining. Finally, the unit is powered either by batteries or power adaptor. When using AC power, battery power is automatically cut off to preserve battery life. Therefore, it portable and convenient to use wherever you are.
